Useful Emacs stuff, with no particular order

This `.dir-locals.el` assumes you are running:

• pylsp-mypy>=0.7.0
• python-lsp-ruff>=2.2.2
• python-lsp-server>=1.12.2

Since lsp-pylsp-plugins-mypy-enabled comes disabled by default, this setting should enable it.

If unit tests run only in docker, you can use:
